Hearing the ideas that pop out of my child's mouth when he interprets the picture-cards into a story is just awe-inspiring. This is such a brilliant, yet simple idea. We have two packs of EeBoo "Tell Me a Story" cards, and we even mix them together at times for a truly unique story. I've recommended them to friends, and their children have loved these cards also. It's well worth ten bucks!

My kids, ages 3-10, all enjoy this activity. We adults don't mind it either. Admittedly, I think what they enjoy most is the fact that Mom/Dad is taking the time to play with the. The cards really help building storytelling skills, explore imagination, and appreciate the skill of storytelling. I like that there is more than one way to play and we can make adjustments based on the age of players or amount of time we have.

These cards are fantastic. My son is 4 years old and he loves having us make up stories over and over together with the cards. It is great for him to see the same card and be able to come up with different stories and ideas. It gives us quality time together as well and we always have fun and a lot of laughter.

I wasn't sure if my just-turned 3 yr old twins were too young for this, but they caught right on. I started by telling the first story and they LOVED it. They then took turns telling their own stories. It was adorable to hear what they would say, and how they would mimic my story telling expressions and sound effects. I love that this is a low tech toy that encourages children to use and stretch their imaginations and enjoy family interaction.

I got these as a birthday gift for my friends son (5). He likes robots & likes to tell stories - what could be more perfect. He was happy to receive & play with them. I may purchase a different set for my daughter.
