 A fantastic creative building toyAug 20, 2008
Superstructs is a fantastic creative and educational toy.
It keeps my 3 1/2yr old's attention (not easy to do)We enjoy building with him and ended up purchasing several different versions of this toy.
Great quality (and I'm picky) and lots of fun too! Buy it...you'll love it! And, you're kids will too. :o)

My 3 and 6 year old sons absolutely love this set. They like it better than the original Tinkertoys. They have invented so many things beyond the cars they show in the canister. They want more of these but of course this mom isn't made of money. As soon as I can, though, we'll definitely be adding to the set. I just love toys the kids can be creative with and really enjoy. It's good to see their minds at play as much as their hands.

This is a fun toy, with lots and lots of parts. It's good for kids and they're dads on a rainy afternoon.
It arrived in good condition, exactly when promised, except someone else had had the parts out of the box before, as the lid no longer fit. Still, I believe it to be a high quality toy, with lots of learning to be done.
It was pretty expensive for what you got, but still a good toy.

 Fun but hard for little handsNov 23, 2007
I bought this for my son on his third birthday. It is a really neat toy. However, it is too difficult for him to put the pieces together by himself. The construction takes so much force that an adult needs to put the pieces together. Not what I had in mind!
My son loves to build, so I wish I had just expanded on his wooden Junior TinkerToy Building Set (66 pcs) collection instead. He loves making his own constructions with those!

I bought these for my 4 year old daughter, she loves following the directions to build the cars. My 2 year old son likes them too.
