Cute and RealisticJan 30, 2010
When I got this, I wasn't expecting what I got. When I got the box, it was very small, and I suddenly thought the dog would be small too. But when I took the dog out, I was very pleased! The whole plush "unfolded" and it looked the same as the dog in the picture! I was impressed with how realistic the dog looked, and it would make an awesome gift for anyone.

This was a gift for a dear friend. She loves it, treats it like it's a real little dog, she named her Sweety.

I purchased this for a grandchild and is the best alternative to the real thing. This dog sleeps quietly with the grandchild, doesn't yap, doesn't poop and brings much comfort and security at bedtime. Good quality ... it's been around for a year (seven dog years) and still loved.

I got this as a gift. The quality of fur is very nice, and the dog is absolutely adorable (which can't be said for half of dachshund stuffed animals out there, in my opinion). The body is firm enough to stand on its own. My only complaint is that the fur "grows" on this stuffed animal in the wrong direction - so when you pet the dog, you have to go from back to front.
