This is the best feeder around. So convenient to use and the birds just love it. Know how your bird feeders get dingy after a while? Well with this feeder, all you have to do is to replace the soda bottle with a new one and recycle the old! I have 4 of these feeders in my back yard with different types of seed and it is amazing to see all the various birds feeding. I am giving one of these to my bird loving friends for their birthdays.

I bought one of these and liked it so much I ordered 2 more. The feeder fits both the 2 liter soda bottles and the smaller 24 ounce soda bottles they sell in 6 packs. That's one more step the bottles go through before they get recycled. The birds hopped right onto it right after I hung it up and walked away.

"Simple Pleasures"
Apparently Amazon feels these are toys as I needed to answer questions about these 'toys' to start this review. Hmmm... Anyway, we got 2 of these for my father-in-law. He likes them except for the obvious fact they only feed 2 birds at a time and there is a lot of fighting over the perches. Otherwise, they are well built and seem to work great. The feed 'trouf' stays clean and drains when wet. My brother has had them for years and recommended them to me, he loves them. I would recommend you avoid the plastic ones as they just aren't durable. These should last years making them a value as they needn't be replaced regularly. Also, we put plastic hose over the perches for better grip and maybe the insulating factor. We would recommend these to any bird lover.
