Waste of MoneyNov 18, 2009
By J. Tetro I bought this for my son as an extra for his Halloween custume. It is garbage. It is NOT child friendly and VERY hard to shoot the plastic arrows. He became very frustrated because the back of the arrows did not have a notch to fit the bow string on. So, you can't lock the arrow to the string before shooting it. Please, don't waste your money!

Great!Mar 13, 2010
By Archer Don't listen to all the negative reviews. This is a great toy. Did I mention that this is a TOY!!!!!! If you want something that can actually shoot, buy a real bow and go to a range. Gosh, a toy can't be exactly like the real thing. I got one at Party City and it was not bad for a TOY!!! It has lasted me a long time. And if you want nocks on the ends of the arrows, snip them on with scissors. Geesh people it's not that hard! I have a great time having "wars" with my brothers who use Nerf guns. And let me tell you, it's way more fun to hit someone with an arrow than a soft foam dart. As long as you hit waist down, it does not hurt at all. If you are getting this for an accessory then it is perfect. It is called an accessory, and if you are planning on actually using it then get a real bow. There are many that you can purchase such as the longbow, recurve, or composite. And you can make your own arrows too, or buy them from a store. Don't complain about this TOY people.

Great product ! even for adults.Mar 26, 2011
By Laxman This is what I am looking for my 3 year old son. He really likes this toy. Very simple design and durable. Very easy to fix the thread. The bow is made of plastic and this it will never break. If incase it was made of wood there are chances to break the bow. The arrows are made of straws and you can get plently from walmart. I also enjoy playing with this you.

Little toy bow and arrow setOct 03, 2010
By Dani My 5-year old son really wanted a bow and arrow. We didn't want to spend too much and actually got him 2. This little one and a bigger one. This one he got first and has had a lot of fun with it. Its not made that well, but for the price I guess you can't expect it to be. My son actually did learn how to shoot the arrows pretty far. The suction part of the arrows does not work too well, but he didn't really care about that. He is more interested in "shooting". It did sort of break a couple of times, but we were able to fix it pretty easily.
