For some reason kids love strange toysMay 12, 2010
By W. ANDERSON First this is a "splat" toy, which is water in a rubbery plastic bag. Splat toys are cheap, break easily and make a mess when they leak. The leaking water isn't half as bad as the leaking water from your kids eyes when the toy breaks. This toy was bought as a replacement for a splat toy we picked up at the State Fair that didn't last. This splat frog has a much thicker and tougher skin than most of the other splat toys, and so far neither of the two I got for my boys has leaked yet. The neat thing about these toys is the rubber is the sticky kind like most splat toys use, so when thrown, it will stick to walls and even ceilings. One the toy is used a while, it will lose this ablitly unless washed and dried. Since children are unlikely to wash thier toys, you can let this feature disappear if you wish. Since it will also leave a oil type stain on a ceil painted with a flat white paint, but seems not to be a problem on walls with semigloss paint or washable wallpaper. If you buy any splat toys for kids, my advice is to get a spare and keep it hidden for when the first one breaks. With shipping costs from private sellers, getting two doesn't cost much more than getting one.

I Bought three Splat toys...Feb 11, 2010
By Dennis A. Moore I bought three splat toys to use at a tradeshow for selection of random prizes. The splat toy would be thrown and the card that it stuck to with the name on it would win.
I bought the: 1. Smash it Tomato 2. Green Frog Splat ball 3. Smash it Egg Yolk
They all worked but the favorite was the Egg yolk and the second favorite was the Tomato.

My sister is a teacher at an elementary school. Their school mascot is a frog. I thought this would be a fun Valentine to send her. I haven't played with it and don't know how to really rate this for fun or durabiltiy...... : )
DANGEROUS TOY - DO NOT BUY!!!Dec 29, 2011

This toy burst into my daughters face and we had to take her to the ER. Her eye is swollen shut and it looks like it will be at least a few days before it gets better. I have no idea what is in this frog but it has a perfume smell and it stings like hell. DO NOT BUY THIS TOY. It should be taken off the shelves.
so small for the price.. disappointedDec 14, 2011
By shonna clark I guess I should have read the product description a little better. This frog is the size of a lime. It's cheesy and seems like it will break with the first squish. :( I'm really disappointed. Too much money for what it is.
