I recently joined my sisters troop as a leader and while in a store was saw a groovy girl scout named Caitlin! (just like her) and we HAD to buy it. We also bought Laya (?) for me. I sewed them on the front of my girl scout backpack and they were a huge hit. Later I realized we needed something to act as a talking stick so everyone in our troop would get a chance to talk without being interrupted. I set out to buy "respectful" Roxi. The name fit the job! We now use Roxi not only as our "talking stick" but also in our game play.
the sash she's wearing is the girl scout green (and junior) but if you flip it over it's the brownie sash and still has the girl scout logo on it, you'll just have to cut the sash off to flip it over. I re stitched it on after I flipped it just so it wouldn't fall off. There are some groovy girl scouts that have the brownies sash face-up, but they are also reversible to the junior sash, you just have to flip it.
