Best kind of toy!!!Nov 09, 2006
By Mom This is a wonderful toy. We have 4 year old boys and they love it! They have come up with an endless amount of configurations, and they still play with it. We have two sets, so they can come up with even more ideas.
Also, the pieces have not broken--they are very strong. I would recommend this toy for all ages, and the price is great!!

AwesomeJun 16, 2008
By Maggie Christ We had the Tubation tubes, and I was going to get another set. When I found this, I figured we needed it - and it's even better than expected. Besides the mouthpieces and horns, there are stoppers and pieces with fingerholes - so you really can experiment with what works and doesn't. Highly recommended!

Simple, sturdy and fabulous!Mar 05, 2010

A great toy for any kid 3-6ish. Buy in conjuntion with Tubations so there are enough tubes and couplers to make it fun. It is amazing how many configurations kiddos come up with, using simple tubes and couplers. Great to build motor skills, engineering, and imagination.

Like a wet noodleOct 21, 2010
By R. P. Ginsburg I got this for my 2 1/2 year old son who loves to make music. This looks good in the pictures but the pieces don't stay together easily and fall away so that when you hold it up to play it flops downward then completely falls apart. You have to try to hold it together as it flops around like a wet noodle. Very frustrating for mom and toddler! My son wanted to make it hold together so badly and couldn't understand why it kept falling apart that he eventually started crying from frustration. I had to put it away. The Grover-Trophy Slide Whistle at $2 is a thousand times more entertaining for him and me. Also the Early Learning Centre Trumpet with Color Coded Keys $17 was a big hit with my son. My advice is to pass on the Quercetti.

Neat idea but not well madeFeb 01, 2010

My 3 yr old son really likes this toy, but he gets frustrated when using it because the pieces do not stay put together well enough. It often falls to pieces in his hands while he is trying to blow into it.
