Really GreatOct 03, 2008 This is just great! Building is intuitive and really enjoyable. I highly recommend this marble run.
Difficult for a childSep 20, 2008 This toy is great fun - once it gets put together. I can't imagine a child ever being able to put this together. It took me, my mother, my son and my husband to assemble it. Once assembled though, it was a lot of fun.
great entertainment!Jul 01, 2008 This was a great purchase for our son when he turned four. He was still quite obsessed with the infant ball poppers and pound a ball toys so we figured a marble run might do the trick. We were right! He loves it and so does his sister (almost 3). They play with it together since you can set up different tracks for the marbles. They have races too. This toy is very durable. The actual parts come apart easily when toddler hands are all over them but the plastic is good quality and it hasn't cracked yet - that's saying a lot coming from our house!

falls apart easily, very cheapJun 13, 2008 The idea for this toy is great but the implementation not so good. The chain that you put together that pulls the evelator is the worst because you snap all of the links together only to discover that they give you too many links for it to fit snugly around the gears. Then, when you pull it apart to take out some pieces, the plastic stretches and the chain perpetually breaks. The plastic is so lightweight and the assembly to flimsy that it breaks again and again. If continuous fixing is your child's idea of fun, or your idea of an "educational toy," then maybe this is for your family, but for my kids it was frustrating.
Fun with marbles.Jan 19, 2008 For the detailed inquizive mind. Great fun for all ages. Some small challenges. For greater challenges add additional set pieces to create a Monster marble run. The only limitation is your imagination and number of pieces you have to work with.
