Over pricedDec 02, 2008 It is really cute but the quality is low. My daughter ripped a wing off in the first hour and she isnt one that plays with her toys rough. Parts and pieces didnt fit well and and stay in place. The doll feels cheap. The only good thing about it is that she can use it to play with her Polly Pockets. I feel the cost is high due to the Disney name, Polly Pockets are a much better product for the price. This could have been a great item if the quality was better.

OK, since it was on sale ;)Mar 11, 2008 My 4 year old likes fairies and loves little houses. I had the tinkerbell tea pot house already, so i got this to go with it. it kept going down in price which is great. the tea pot house is actually nicer and more fun, cuter, but this one is ok. i dont know about parts breaking, it is all just goofy clip on stuff and pieces. the wings do come off the tink doll easily, we just rip them off right away for that reason, haha.
the laughing is annoying but you can turn it off, and my 4 yo knows how and since it is in her room it is her issue.
Pixie Fairy tree house breaks easily.Feb 21, 2008 Cute little tree house with cute little features for your little one. Great for budding imaginations. My 5 year old likes to pretend play with this house. It did come with few very small pieces (tea cup and plate) which get lost easily. This toy will not last long unless your child is very gently with toys. My first one arrived and would not play sound or turn. (Amazon quickly replaced it, however I had to explain why Santa had to mail us a new one, and why we sent him the old one back) The plastic things that stand up out of the top to make the fairies appear to be flying are very flimsy, they do not stay seated well on the top of the tree house. They just do not clip in well and they were the first thing to break. There is a swing on one side made of plastic with plastic ropes, my 3 year old picked up the tree once by the swing and broke the swing off. And even the fairies come with wings attached that break off or bend in weird directions. Just not sturdy at all. I would not recommend this toy at all.

Pretty but not durable. Fun for the gentle kid!Feb 20, 2008 I got this for my 3 year old. I bought it here on sale for about $10-and I wouldn't pay much more for it. Looks adorable but is not too strong! The item comes with 4 arches to hang things(a fairy) on but it can't take the weight of them!It can only continue to spin with 1 fairy on it. These arches are very easy to break so you must be sure they don't pull them down or out. Mine are still fine but I can see they would break easily.I is very tempting for them to pull on the fairy while it is spinning and that isn't good! As others mentioned it does make a lot of giggling noise when it runs but not more them most toys. The house itself has a door that is very hard for a child to operate and the area to play with the dolls is quite small and gets her aggravated . Overall I would say that it is better as a cute thing to look at in their room-maybe in a display of fairy dolls -than as a toy they play with.

Pretty set, fun as a carouselFeb 07, 2008 I got this about ten months ago for my three year old. We have played with it a lot, and have had no problems with it. I warned her when we first opened it and assemebled it that it was a fragile toy, and she should treat it with care. No leaves have come off, and nothing is broken. You can make playmobil children and babies fly on the antennae, and small figures such as the animals from Toobs (cats and dogs). We use it as a pretend carousel or funfair for all the various small creatures. Cons: the giggling is really annoying, almost instantly. I wish one could switch off the sound and just have it go round. Tinkerbell herself is not particularly interesting, and is hard to attach to the tree tendrils. But I can stand the giggling, since it does give a lot of pleasure. I'd say that this is a good buy, if you can get it discounted (I wouldn't pay full price); lovely for any child that likes doll-house type fantasy play. One thing I really like about it is that he colors are relatively tasteful; it's not Barbie doll pink; it looks good. The swings are nice too; it's fun to set up different creatures (small cats etc.) in different locations in the tree. Ignore the whole Disney fairies thing, and it's fine. Probably this is not such a good toy for multiple children playing without an adult. But for parent and child playing together, it's good.
