We taught our 4 year old so that we could play together as a family and he loves it! He plays simply, but, just understanding that a green die is good and a red die is not works for him. He often beats his ten year old brother who keeps the score. It's simple. You can take it anywhere. There's a little math with the scorekeeping and a little strategy for the older kids. I marked down the durability of this toy only because keeping track of all the dice seems to be a challenge at our house.

We purchased this toy over a month ago and it has become our family favorite. For our sons ranging in ages 5 - 12 it is easy for each one to play and understand and yet challenging enough for all of us. Directions are simple and you can begin playing right away. The great thing about this toy is that it fits into a plastic box the size of my palm, so I can easily place it in my purse to have as we are waiting for our meal to be served at a restaurant or waiting to see the dentist.

my family LOVES this game..... it is easy to learn, easy to play, easy to transport, easy to get carried away and take the BIG gamble and lose all your points.......we are a game family and we play this one often.......

I bought this game on chance and am so glad that I did. The score keeping is easy enough for my 1st grader and my 3 year old can sort the dice colors on his turn if we tell him when to roll and when not to roll. Addictive game with some strategy and chance. LOTS of fun for the whole family. I am not a "game" person ...but I really like this one!

I have a 9 year old son with complex mental health needs. We were introduced to this game through his child psychologist. She used it for play therapy. It helps teach people that when you take a risk, you take a chance at losing it all. Will that risk be worth it? It can be as quick or as long as you need it to be depending on how many rounds/points you want to play up to. Compact game that fits right in your pocket. Comes in small case that holds all of the dice securely so nothing's missing the next time you want to play. Lots of fun.
