Kids will learn without even realizing itJul 07, 2009
By Michelle Kelly I bought this for my 5 year old daughter's birthday. She's autistic, and so I figured it would be a good "tinkering" toy for her along with teaching her some hand/eye coordination and general mechanical aptitude. I was really surprised when we opened it to apply the stickers. The construction was wonderful, really durable and just felt solid to the touch. She's had it a few weeks now, the stickers are still holding strong and nothing is showing the least bit of wear. Her 11 year old sister also loves to play with it. It quickly became one of the favorite toys. I absolutely love this, and wish they sold a greater variety of sets like it.
--Edit: She's now 7 years old, and the stickers have not yet peeled off and she STILL plays with this toy. Great buy!!!

Colorful toy.Aug 01, 2011
By Impulse Buyer I purchased this toy for my 3 1/2 year old son. He likes it but can not play with it by himself. The toy requires spatial reasoning which he does not have much of at his age. I enjoy playing this with him.

"Mama Bear"
I purchased this product for my niece who is autistic and needs toys that help with textile development. She loved it but took it apart and played with the gears individually. Still a good toy and a year later she is still playing with it.
