My mom bought this kite for my four year old daughter. We tried it at the beach and it worked great. My four year old was even able to fly it herself. I'm buying more!

Great kite, great deal. My kids and I were flying this thing the first day we received it. Easy to handle for the smaller kids(I have a 5 yr old). I like that fact that there's no need for a spine or spreader that could break upon impact with the ground. We've owned a few kites that have had a spreader break after hitting the ground and once that happens the fun is done. Small and compact easy to take with you everywhere. You don't even need the case you can really just fold it and put it in your pocket. Seems to hold up well in moderate wind between 10-15 mph about avg for most kites i think. Like Pete said "I'm buying more!"

It is cute in a small package, especially for kids. But it is not easy to fly, because its ratio of surface area to weight is low. That means it needs strong wind to fly. That is not very good for kids.
