NOT WHAT I WAS HOPING IT WOULD BESep 08, 2008
By Cyndee Harris The product itself is made well, however as a "push" broom for a child to use it is misrepresented. The handle does not tilt as it comes up from the from the broom so there is virtually no way for a child to "push" the broom with the bristles actually flat on the floor as they should be. I did however find a tilted version of a child's push broom at another web site called Montessoriservices.com and have purchased it for my child to use as he is very helpful and always tries to be. This broom that does not tilt is able to be used as a regular short broom for an adult which is always useful on an equestrian farm like we live on. We will keep it but it is not what I expected it to be, what I had hoped for or what it was claiming to be. Cyndee of Alabama

Not as advertisedFeb 06, 2009
By kapt This broom isn't capable of being pushed because, as the first review stated, it can't be pushed. There is no angle to it. I'm not sure at this point if we'll keep the ones I bought. I had to buy 2 because of twins and am not happy about wasting $24.

Very Sturdy, my 5 kids love it!Jun 25, 2010
By Sarah H. Martin I bought this broom after our former plastic-handled broom snapped in half. I was looking for something more sturdy. This broom is perfect. The handle is made from wood and we have never had any bristles fall out. It is a great size for toddlers and younger children. My 2 year old loves to sweep with Mommy and her older siblings, and this is perfect for that.

This item is just ok. The bristles aren't that great. It doesn't feel right when it's being used as if the bristles were bent and it stayed that way in some areas so it isn't pushing the dirt right. It's durable because its' made out of wood. My 16 month old son is more interested in the regular child-sized broom.
