Modernized classic board gameJun 27, 2010 Loved playing this as a child.they have modernized it some but it's still just as fun. Teaches balancing goals of fame money and happiness for life.
Brings back old memoriesApr 25, 2010 This was my favorite game when I was still a boy and my best friend and I must have played it 200 times, but one day we lost the game and I haven't played careers since. This game was even better than I remembered 30 years ago and I suggest that everyone buys this game. Also for parents I suggest this game for your kids because it teaches the educational and lifelong value of going to college and altogether this is the most educational game you will ever find.
Great family game!!!Feb 06, 2010 This game is just as I remember it 35 years ago!!!! Now I play it with my two 20 year old sons and we have a great time. Each person picks his own formula to win and its fun to see how each game it never works out as you expected.
This game is full of math!Jan 10, 2010 I think that Careers has a lot of math involved in the game. This makes the game extra fun. Now that I have the game, I play it a LOT because I love math. And I love to try to become famous as a goal in Careers. My mom also likes that it has a happiness goal in the game. It has a nice sense of balance, and shows some of the trade offs in life. She thinks that's a nice thing to have presented early, in this easy to access game.

Brought back memoriesSep 12, 2009 I LOVED this game as a kid and it was fun to rediscover it! My 15 year old step-daughter enjoyed an "old-fashioned" game as well. It was good to get her away from the computer and video games! I miss the lift and erase score board and they would would be more "eco-friendly" than the paper.
