My daughter admired one of these when we went to the museum recently. I didn't buy it for her thinking it was overpriced. Well, I got it here for slightly cheaper and didn't have to pay D.C. taxes! Anyway, she thinks it is a phone sometimes and makes "calls" on it. She is four so what do you want!? I am sure she has dropped it a few times, too.
I don't think I would use it as an actual timer, since the bubbles go very quick and inconsistently.

Great for grandkids and grandparents as well. Well built. Fun to fiddle with and will keep user busy for hours. Will buy a few more soon. It has passed the grandkid destruction tests and not broken yet. Thanks.
