 An OK case...but rather smallAug 19, 2011

Your child is going to like this case right away because it has "Beyblade" on the front of it, and it isn't terribly overpriced compared to some of the other Beyblade stuff...but it's too small. Got this as my sons first case and his collection quickly outgrew it. I recommend using a fishing lure box, or some type of sewing/craft box that allows you to reshape/resize the compartments. You can get them in colors other than boring clear and let your child decorate it with Beyblade stickers, or anything they like. Soooo, if your child's collection is rather small and you don't plan on it growing much, this box is for you...but like most Beyblade lovin' kids, their collection is continuously growing as new ones come out...and therefore parents should invest their money not in this small case, but something else. :-)

As the first reviewer said, this Beylocker is pretty small (way smaller than I expected) but then again, Beyblades themselves aren't very big either. I usually store my Beys in my bey stadium and the Beylocker makes it look more organized...Except for the fact that I still have some Beys and gear left over that can't fit in it. My Bey collection isn't that big but it would take at least 2 Beylockers to fit everything I own. This is how I filled my Beylocker: on the top section, I put two launchers (L Drago's and a string one) with a "Beyblade tool", two ripcords on the side sections, eight Beyblades in the smaller sections (with my L Drago having a Beyblade tool with it), and added in 3 Beyblade tools in the last section. You could easily add a Beyblade tool with each of your Beyblades in the smaller sections. I personally lost and then broke a Beyblade tool when I stepped on it (they're so small) so even if I technically only need one, I can keep all of them in a safe place. And you can't tell from the picture but the uppermost part of the Beylocker (the two largest sections) can be made bigger. There is a piece of plastic that divides those two sections than can be slid out so that you have more room and can add longer items (such as the launcher grip but I'm not 100% sure it can fit).
Despite it's small size, the Beylocker is pretty sturdy. I can imagine younger boys carrying this around and possibly dropping it; it's not likely to break or pop open very easily. If closed properly, I think this thing could be dropped down a set of stairs and still be alright (within reason). The thing I liked most about it was that it comes with a Beyblade of its very own. This Beyblade (as shown above) is Evil Gemios, a Balance type Beyblade. It works pretty well in battle and if you don't like it, you can still use it's parts/launcher. Evil Gemios is worth more than twenty dollars on Amazon and the Beylocker sells for more than fifteen dollars on all others sites as I type this so you're saving quite a bit of money on both if you buy this at the current price (eleven bucks). I suggest you purchase this while you can because even if it can't fit all of your Beyblades, it will still come in handy when traveling or just when you want to keep your most used/favorite beys in one safe place. Also if you don't own a Balance beyblade, this is your chance to get one.
Last note: For parents/people looking to buy for others, with the holidays coming up this item along with your child's/loved one's favorite Beyblade(s) would be an excellent gift. Don't forget to look for Beyblade Stadiums too (they can't Beyblade without one and there are stadium sets that come with two Beyblades!). Thanks for reading.

As previous reviews state, this box is WAY too small for the price! A better alternative, as also mentioned, is buying a large lure/tackle box, but then buy a package of beyblade stickers for a few bucks and decorate the plastic tackle box! I did this for my son and he LOVED it!! It has tons of space and the stickers made it more "official" looking. More room and "the look" for less! What more can you ask for?

Where do the manufacturers get the nerve to charge over $15 for a tiny version of a tackle box??? There seems to be very little integrity left from toy manufacturers these days. This probably cost .50 to produce and all they had to do was slap a "bey blade" label on it to justify charging this amount. Shameful

Was purchased this case for my son. It is so small that it won't hold the zips and unfortunatly not many Bey Blades. The zips have to be folded and than they just keep popping out. As for my child, all the neighborhood kids gather to play their Bey Blades so of course he has alot (10-12). Just not workable. Was disappointed in this product.
