 We Love Wild Republic Nature TubesOct 06, 2008

We first purchased a Nature Tube while vacationing in Yosemite and our daughter loved it! I did a search on Amazon for them because we wanted to buy her more. We now have a total of three and will buy more. These little animals are made of a very high quality plastic, are very realistic looking and fairly detailed for little plastic toy animals. The plastic "tube" carrying case is nice also, it makes it easy to take the animals along when we go out and to keep track of them, in four months so far we have not lost one because we always put them back in the tube.

Animals look very realistic and are at a great price. I'm a preschool teacher and durability is very important. These animals are very durable, can't beat the price!

Have several sets of these toys for our kids. Some were bought from airport gift stores (more expensive) but online from Amazon was cheaper. Our kids love them. The animal sets have been great educational tools to help our kids learn about these animals. Especially reinforces this after trips to the zoo. Just wish my kids would be better about putting these toys away after playing with them - as stepping on these toys is no fun.

Beware! It is very small. The photos are deceiving. The animals are tiny. The ones with four legs do not stand up by themselves. I did like the variety of animals, but they are all so small they got lost somewhere in the house almost immediately.

I bought these for my five year old, who is pretty good at keeping track of small pieces and sets...I knew they were the smaller animals, and thought the quantity was a good trade for size. I would most likely buy the larger animals if I were to do this over...half of these got lost within days...She loves them, the quality is fine, and the variety in the package is fun...larger animals would have been worth a few less though.
