This was a good price for a water balloon launcher but the launcher in the picture way WAY bigger than the one we got. But the good thing is that they both will do the right job which is....SHOOT WATER BALLOONS!!!!!! overall i would reccomend if you are looking to have a simple water balloon laincher but if you are looking for something with distance, i would get a bigger one

First of all, I ordered a 90 yard Water Ballon Launcher than looked more like a slingshot during the first week of August. The water ballon launcher now pictured with the two yellow bands and middle craddle is what they sent me. Not what I had ordered. I then wrote a product review stating this. Amazon contacted me and asked me if they would send me the correct product if I would remove the review. I removed the review and yet... no correct product have I recieved. Instead they jsut changed the picture of the launcher. This is my first VERY unhappy Amazon experience.
Also, to rate the currently pictured launcher I would give it a 2 because when the ballon is loaded it takes three people and the ballon is usually crushed in the proccess and never launcher, but when it does It does seem to fly for a long distance... but, not very fun...
I would have been much more happy with the slingshot looking launcher that I had ordered. I am usually a very happy Amazon customer but this entire situation just makes me sad. In a pathetic... I can't really believe they did that to me... kinda way.
I know it's just a silly slingshot but, wow... I'm dissapointed.

Well, I was really excited about this launcher, But on the 2nd launch, the handle snapped. Then the fun was over for the kids. Well, they could toss them, but launching them was out of the question. So, I wouldn't recommend this one. Maybe I just got a defective one. Who knows. All that matters is the birthday party attendees were disappointed.

I never had a water balloon launcher and I love this one! I like that you can use it with 1 or 3 people. I have found that the farther you're shooting the less precision you get, but that's to be expected. This is tons of fun for kids or adults, kids should have supervision though. Lots of fun for parties!

The quality of this product is much better than the ones we owned before - they had dry-rotted. But these are strong and every part is well-finished. It is fun for the little kids AND the big kids at our get-togethers (it was hard to tell who was enjoying them more). If our family or friends go to buy some - we're telling them to buy this brand.
One note: When you are shooting for looooong distance, they don't work quite the same because they are not made for that - the fabric pouch bunches up after a few shots and won't release each water balloon right until you stop to spread it out along the tubing again. If this would be an issue for you, buy one of the two versions for longer distances.
I gave it two stars instead of one for educational value because it was a helpful way to get the young kids to work as a team and take turns to play.
